Types of MISC features
Starting this article, it could literally go on forever — the game is so flawed that many developers implement whatever features they want.
How about the ability to loot through walls? Why open a door when you can already place your camera in a room and grab the loot hitbox?
There were flight features — not particularly popular, made for fun and for players who didn't care about the game and just wanted to humiliate other players.
The most common and probably most needed are no recoil, no weapon sway. Infinite stamina — you can run without spending stamina. No fall damage.
Various thermal vision features, no reload, and lots more — generally you should be more careful with such features. Usually newbies ask veterans in our chat if it's dangerous and if there were bans, and then they play.
Anyway, pay attention to the MISC tab and look for the features you need.
