After payment, you receive an email. This email contains your product key, which typically looks like this

This set of characters is a unique key to activate your software, which binds to your hardware (HWID) Therefore, if you change your computer or computer components, you need to notify the seller or support in advance so they can reset your HWID.
Below the key in the email, there's usually a "purchase page" button. You typically land on the purchase page right after payment, but some people unknowingly close this page. On the purchase page, you'll find the same key in a blue frame, and below it there's usually an instructions button with a link to the cheat itself and launch instructions.
How to behave with the seller? If something is unclear, don't panic and start screaming about scams and fraud. The seller typically directs you to tech support, and if tech support can't help with the launch, the seller refunds your money. Don't leave negative reviews on the payment page — it won't help and will only make things worse. All issues get resolved
